Health Equity

The principle and practice of ensuring everyone has a fair and just opportunity to attain their highest level of health. Health equity requires removing obstacles to care such as poverty, discrimination, and their consequences—including lack of access to good jobs, education, housing, safe environments, and healthcare. At Acclinate, health equity is the foundation of all initiatives, from improving representation in clinical trials to creating culturally resonant health education. It goes beyond equality by actively addressing systemic imbalances to ensure that Black and Brown communities receive the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
